Argued: August 1st, 2022 Decided: August 1st, 2022 Complaint: Civil complaint: The "Pro" role was not rightfully taken away from sweeperguy#5859, and plaintiff should rereceive the role. Judge and/or jury: The Moderators of yEAh Games (reason: Case regarding actions that can only be taken by the Moderators; i.e., the adding/removal of roles) Outcome: Failed complaint; plaintiff case rejected. Opinion of the court: The "Not pro" role can be added/removed based on the Moderators' opinion of the subject, not based on set rules; The "Pro" role is reserved for Donquavious Quindleton#9295 Precedents set: ⠀• The "Not pro" role is subjective and can be added/removed to/from members based on the moderators' personal opinions, not only rules in the server. ⠀• The "Pro" role is reserved exclusively for Donquavious Quindleton#9295 because of his honorary contributions to yEAh Games In cases after this, members of the court can cite civil landmark case #0001A sweeperguy#5859, yEAh Games member, et al. v.
